The challenge: a technical service, invisible to its market

HM Sewertech inspects and repairs pipes without digging — a no-dig technology in a crowded, competitive home-services market in Belgium. Fully focused on operational delivery, the team had no time or internal resources for marketing or digital — but ambitious growth targets to hit. They needed someone to own the whole chain: from how the brand looks to how leads come in.

The brand: technology made visible

The service is technical and, by definition, invisible — it happens underground, without breaking the surface. The brand's job was to make that expertise tangible and trustworthy at first glance.

  • A logo that signals the technology. A bold wordmark — HM in navy, SEWER in cyan, TECH in green — paired with a concentric-wave mark that evokes the camera and sensor probing the pipe: the technology reading what's underground.
  • A functional colour system. Navy for trust and expertise, cyan for the technical and water dimension, lime green for energy and action — applied consistently across every touchpoint.
  • An icon per service. Leak detection, pipe repair, unclogging, septic emptying and earthworks each got a clear, recognisable icon, so the offer reads in a glance.
  • A strong, geometric sans-serif in caps — industrial, legible and reassuring, the visual language of a company that fixes things properly.

The tagline — “La technologie au service de vos canalisations” — anchors the whole positioning: tech-driven, no-dig pipe expertise.

What we did: own the whole chain, from brand to leads

We took full end-to-end ownership of their digital presence and lead acquisition — from brand touchpoints through to paid campaigns. What started as a six-month growth-hacking exercise became a yearly recurring engagement at a fixed monthly fee, with regular check-ins to evaluate effectiveness, develop growth and optimise results.

With the brand defined, we built the website around it, ran the SEO strategy — content creation, new pages and optimisations — and set up and optimised the paid media campaigns. One team accountable for the full funnel, so nothing fell between brand, site and acquisition.
