Method blending coaching, training and a real optimisation POC
After defining the strategy and experience for both NRJ and Nostalgie, we made sure the gains would last — by coaching the in-house digital marketer who runs both brands. A blend of one-to-one coaching and hands-on training, built around their real platforms and a concrete optimisation case. The goal: capability that stays in-house.
Two needs, one outcome — an autonomous team:
A strategy and a great experience only pay off if the team can run them day to day. The in-house digital marketer running both NRJ and Nostalgie needed two things: to pilot the web platforms toward continuous optimisation, and to make content more performant — for the marketer and the wider team. Not a course to sit through, but capability to keep.
We ran five sessions, spaced two weeks apart, blending training and one-to-one coaching — theory put straight into practice on real work:
