Method blending coaching, training and a real optimisation POC

After defining the strategy and experience for both NRJ and Nostalgie, we made sure the gains would last — by coaching the in-house digital marketer who runs both brands. A blend of one-to-one coaching and hands-on training, built around their real platforms and a concrete optimisation case. The goal: capability that stays in-house.

Two needs, one outcome — an autonomous team:

  • Coaching — piloting & optimisation: running the web platforms and setting up a repeatable optimisation cycle
  • SEO training: making content more performant, with the right tools and realistic targets

The challenge: keep the engine running, in-house

A strategy and a great experience only pay off if the team can run them day to day. The in-house digital marketer running both NRJ and Nostalgie needed two things: to pilot the web platforms toward continuous optimisation, and to make content more performant — for the marketer and the wider team. Not a course to sit through, but capability to keep.

Coaching: piloting and a repeatable optimisation cycle

We ran five sessions, spaced two weeks apart, blending training and one-to-one coaching — theory put straight into practice on real work:

  • Gather the information needed to pilot and optimise, and select a concrete optimisation case to run during the cycle
  • Learn the optimisation-cycle concept and the tools behind it — analytics, dashboards, testing
  • Build a consolidated dashboard and run the cycle, with coaching at each step
  • Deep-dives on the questions that came up along the way
  • Close on the personal objectives set at the start

The point wasn't to do it for them — it was to run a real proof-of-concept optimisation together, so the method stuck.

SEO training: a tailored programme for the team

Alongside the coaching, we built a custom SEO programme for a small group — around eight hours, designed for their situation, not a generic deck:

  • Key search concepts — search intent, SERP, content quality, position tracking and performance
  • Essential SEO tools and the KPIs to watch, with realistic position targets
  • Content optimisation tactics
  • Backlinking tactics — how to start

Why it worked: we deliver with your teams, then hand over

This is how we work across every engagement: close enough to drive real change, without monopolising everyone's time — then we hand over. Here, that meant the strategy and experience we built for NRJ and Nostalgie didn't depend on us to keep going. The team came away able to pilot, optimise and grow the channels on its own.
