Monthly lead target hit in 5 months — the plan allowed until March 2027

Full engine built from zero — site, CRM, campaigns, nurturing
Wikipreneurs had what most startups would envy: a strong brand in entrepreneurship, deep SEO authority and a large, engaged audience built over years. What it didn't have was a marketing team to launch and grow its new product, Start & Go — a service guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through creating their business.
The founder needed execution, not advice. Someone to take the strategy we'd defined together and actually build the engine that would turn it into customers — from nothing.
We became his marketing team. Working from the product strategy we'd set with him, we built the entire acquisition engine from zero — and fast.
The setup took about two and a half weeks: landing pages for Start & Go and Plan Financier, integrated into the existing Wikipreneurs site; campaigns created and connected; the Zoho CRM built from scratch with lead capture, onboarding and nurturing flows; the lead-to-order process streamlined — CRM-triggered confirmation, payment links and automated follow-ups to kill the friction that was losing sales; and full measurement, with event and conversion tracking and lead-management reporting to actually steer the campaigns.
We onboarded not just Start & Go leads but also the existing Wikipreneurs members who signed up historically — turning a passive audience into a managed pipeline.
Then we ran it as a POC for three months. Throughout, we ran optimisation sprints on the landing pages — improving engagement, lead capture and conversion, driving down cost per lead and lifting conversion into orders. The POC was validated, and it's now in run mode, with the founder making his first hires.

The founder had set a monthly lead target to reach by March 2027. We hit it after five months of activity. The POC is validated, the engine is running, and we've now begun the SEO/GEO work to position Wikipreneurs not just in Google — but in the AI tools entrepreneurs increasingly ask first.
